NidraWorks - Yoga Nidra, NSDR & Sleep Stories

Yoga Nidra and Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR). Welcome! I’m Kate Rock, a certified Yoga Teacher specialising in Yoga Nidra (500+ hour YTT and professional voice actor). This is NidraWorks - a space built for your restoration - offering deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) practices to support better sleep, stress and anxiety relief, nervous system regulation, burnout recovery, and emotional healing. Yoga Nidra - yogic sleep - is a guided practice that brings you into the liminal state between waking and sleep - where the body rests deeply, the mind softens, and lasting transformation can occur. In this space, profound rest, healing, and clarity naturally arise. I first discovered Yoga Nidra during teacher training in 2019. Since then, I’ve devoted myself to studying, embodying, and sharing this transformative practice - blending traditional wisdom with modern neuroscience, trauma-aware principles, and the art of voice. Yoga Nidra really does work!
